Few mechanic shops do a great job of communicating with their customers, these guys were crystal clear about everything that needed to be performed for the extensive 90,000 mile service for my Sprinter. I got updates while the vehicle was in the shop, with photos, which products were used and notes regarding other items that they noticed needed attention. They got it back to me in less time than anticipated and even washed it for me. All for most likely more than half the cost of the dealership. Plus they are super courteous. I will be taking my Sprinter here from now on.

Well I had my air conditioning and heat repaired 14 months ago.the warranty expired on my 2000 Mercedes repair 12 month out I paid over $2000 plus the diagnostic fee $250 and it ran great t@l even washed my car I was very happy but the air went out right after the warranty go figure .But gaby said he would look and see what t@l could do they found out their were 4 cabin filters this time and they changed all four instead of the two from last time and comped my blower moter I still paid $512 but we'll worth it t@l took care of me and that's great customer services I will look forward to bringing my car back in the future

I've always gone straight to dealership mechanics to get things done, but at the time of need in getting a passenger window motor and rotor replaced, I was told of their busy schedule from two different dealerships, it was in searching for a local auto shop that I turned to TL Motors who had my car in their shop the following morning. I am more than satisfied with the professional knowledge, their communicated updates, and the service provided to my car. I'm sure I found the new go to shop for all future needs. Highly recommended to family members and friends.
