I’ve trusted my car with other mechanics before, but I’ve never received the kind of top-quality service I did at TL Motors. They actually took notes on the info I shared about my car, figured out what was wrong, and were open and honest about pricing every step of the way. If they found another issue, they always called to explain it and ask for my approval before moving forward. Their prices can be a bit on the higher side, but it’s for good reason — the parts they use are top-quality and their work is extremely reliable. They even included a basic cleaning for my car, and honestly, they did such a great job that my car looked fresh and presentable again. It wasn’t a deep detail, but it was clean enough that I felt proud to have people in my car! From communication to the actual repairs, TL Motors provided top-tier service. I won’t be going back to my old mechanic — this is my new go-to shop. And as a nice bonus, because I spent a certain amount, I even got entered into their Disneyland ticket giveaway! If you’re looking for trustworthy, professional, and high-quality auto service, TL Motors is the place.

Carson was very thorough explaining what this gem needed. He and his team knowledge and passion for cars is truly apparent. Much appreciate for getting this FX16 GTS back on the road from sitting. Great place. Excellent customer service. Definitely one of the best mechanics I’ve ever used. I just moved back to the area and was searching for a good place and I’m glad I found these guys. Will definitely be back.

You would be fooled by the nice guy who gives you the impression you’ve come to the right place and are in good hands. The bittersweet pill goes down with a shot of disappointment and a bit of resentment. All I needed was a simple inspection, but they acted as if I had brought a rocket ship. I mean, the 19-point inspection required by Uber and Lyft took two hours and a half to complete, if not more. The same apologetic nice guy offered the same typical reasons often used by these sort of shops.

If you want a simple review they got the job done. If you want details stick around. Spoke to 4 people and all had different stories about my car. To be honest with these prices and the length of time they hold your car just go to the dealer. I called here by accident but since I had the appointment I just went cause I was desperate. After taking it to 3 mechanics they accepted to actual look at the car. They diagnosed it, charged it but didn’t credit it towards the job like other mechanics do, fix it and left it parked for two days. Day one got a call and said I had to leave it, I really need it do what you can to fix it. Day two we found the problem it’s going to cost $$$$ I tell them to fix it; they said ok it will be ready by 10 tomorrow all smogged and washed. Day three we have to keep driving it codes aren’t clearing you can take it, why would I take it if I took it to clear the codes so first problem not fixed. Day 4 I called they said we have to keep driving it 1 more code to clear hopefully it’s ready today. Remember I said I really needed it back, since I didn’t hear anything I decided to stop by. What do I see my car boxed in collecting dust. The mechanic said it needs to be driven still has two codes, I don’t even want to get started about the mechanic. I was told earlier it was just one code needed to be cleared. I just said give me my car, the mechanic said wish I knew you were on your way to wash it. You mean wash the dirt it was collecting from being parked. I took it looked at the paperwork and the difference in miles was 20. For four days it was driven 20 miles. For 3 days was told codes weren’t clearing cause it needs to be driven but no one was driving it. I get ya’ll are busy by why not say hey take your car back cause we don’t have time to drive it. I didn’t want to take it because the problem wasn’t fixed yet and I didn’t even get a car wash. Ridiculous! Not all was bad thank you Rene for having a sense of urgency when I arrived, I have things to do. Moral of the story, Go to the dealer. ☺️. This is my point of view and my experience whatever TL motors has to say is their perspective. Believe what you want.

Richard and the team at TL Motors are awesome. They treat you right are patient and help you out with your problems. We will go back and recommend friends and family to them thank you guys!

This is my first time to have service from TL, I looked the reviews and gave a try. I have motor home that TL got it fixed and I am enjoying the RV.
