The Carson and the TL Motors team did a great work in my 2023 Tesla Model Y. They listened to my concerns and gave honest report of the actual damage parts, cost, estimated time of completion, and were very courteous. While other shops might offer a lower cost for the repairs, the professionalism, experience, and ability of having all the required tools to repair my Tesla gave me the confident to do business with Carson. I believe they are more honest than the technicians Tesla have at their shops. I highly recommend TL Motors to anyone, and will defiantly go to them if I have another maintenance or repair need.

Kudos to Carson and his team for their excellent work done on my NC3 Miata Club PRHT. He installed some highly specialized and sophisticated JDM parts (Cusco coilovers, Autoexe sway bars and end links, Beatrush Laile chassis bars) for my baby, lowered the ride height and did an alignment using flyin miata's spec. My car is transformed, I believe it really achieved "Jinba Ittai". I would highly recommend this shop to all the JDM fans out there.

Carson, Karla and Gabby are great to work with. Very pleasant and professional. Carson took his time to listen to what we needed and Carson also explained the process and what was most important to repair on my 2014 Scion xB. My hood doesn’t rattle, the A/C is working great, the engine looks great and all the hoses were replaced. Great work.

If money is no issue, this is a great place to get your car repaired. The employees were nice and kept me well informed on what was going on with my car- the cost of the repairs was astronomical though. They gave me an estimate of $3,000 for my car and I took that estimate somewhere else and they were able to fix everything for $900. Again- they were really nice and communicative but their prices were insane.

Professional and courteous, did a presale inspection for a Tesla here. Gaby helped me set up an appointment in 30mins notice. The technician was also very thorough and helpful. Overall great experience

Audi Q5 had check engine light, so I had it diagnose it at TL Motors. Check engine diag showed engine misfire which caused engine knocking. TL checked and spark plugs were attached to ignition coils. Replaced all spark plugs and ignition coils. Also added fuel induction service. Previous coolant leak fix done by TL had minor leak again, so they fixed that for free under their work guarantee warranty. Gabe at TL Motors was very thorough in explaining every step and sent progress photos via text msg. Expected it to be done in few days but ended up taking a week due to detailed testing before releasing the vehicle. Expected status update before weekend started but no status was given on Fri/Sat. However, Gabe picked up the communication as soon as I sent msg on Monday. Warranty paid for some part, but I would say cost is on higher end... higher than other independent shop but lower than dealer. However TL Motors is better than other local independent shop on their service and reliable parts they use. It's not cheapo local mom and pop shop. TL Motors are very professional shop and little higher cost comes with that reliabile workmanship they provide.
